The Memorial Garden
In 2021, it was surrounded by high hedges and overgrown shrubs that were out of control, so no one could actually see the Memorial. Alan Dart came and helped us with his digger to remove everything, and we started again.
We have not only replanted the area with a red, white and blue theme, but we have also added planters around the area. Not only can people now see the Memorial, but it also looks amazing, although it is not easy with the bindweed returning every year!
