The Enhancement
We have managed this area since 2021 when, once again, the two planters there were full of weeds. We have also installed two three-tiered planters.
We lost one of the circular beds in 2023 when The George Hotel expanded its outside seating area, but the owner has created a lovely planted area around the seats which he now manages.
Watering here and nearby is not easy. We did install a water butt behind Atlas, but sadly it was destroyed. Generally, the fire brigade fills our three-tiered planters and volunteers also bring water from their own water butts at home.
We also created a bike display on the Enhancement for 2022.
